杭州华凌钢结构高强螺栓有限公司位于中国钢结构产业基地——杭州萧山区。与著名的东南网架、宝冶建设、大地网架、潮峰钢构、中铁大桥局、陕机司和杭萧钢构协手共同发展。我公司技术力量雄厚,生产设备精良,检测设备完善,是生产钢结构用高强度大六角螺栓连接副、扭剪型螺栓连接副、达克罗螺栓连接副和电弧螺柱焊用圆柱头焊钉,焊接销及焊接锚固件的专业公司。我公司有员工100余人。分别从事技术、工艺、检测、产品研发等项目。公司在萧山市区南部经济开发区,公司在上海、北京、广州等地设有代理商。
我公司在技术上以上海紧固件研究所为后盾,并先后获得浙江省质量可靠产品、上海紧固件和焊接材料研究所推荐产品,已于2001年通过ISO9002质量体系认证,于2003年由中国质量认质中心审核通过ISO9001;2000国际质量体系认证。
公司经过近十年的发展,特别近几年我公司投入大量资金进行扩建和技术改造,目前已形成了年产钢结构用高强度螺栓连接副1000万套、电弧螺柱焊用圆柱头焊钉系列产品2000万件的生产规模。公司已成为生产钢结构用高强度螺栓和电弧螺柱焊用圆柱头焊钉的知名企业,在国内同行业中生产规模和销售总量名列前茅。我公司通过近几年的投入和发展,扩大了生产规模,提高了生产设备的自动化水平,加强了检测手段,产品质量稳定可靠,生产效率提高,价格也有所下降。在返利于客户的同时,也增强了我公司的市场竞争能力,体现了公司与时俱进的精神,努力为国家重点工程项目多作一点贡献。
我公司生产设备齐全、工艺科学合理。螺栓选用优质合金钢20MnTiB、35VB,螺母、垫片选用45#优质碳结构钢,圆柱头焊钉选用ML15AL。螺栓选用温镦、冷镦成型工艺,圆柱头焊钉采用冷镦成型工艺。检测手段可靠。无损硬度分选等检测手段成熟并应用于各个生产环节。

主要生产设备及检测设备:
生产设备有电热管式低温浴炉、仪表车、可控硅中频装置、Z12系列冷镦机、中频感应加热炉、压力机、冲床、滚丝机、网带式热处理生产线、发黑、磷化流水线等。
检测设备有:无损硬度检测仪、紧固轴力试验议、洛氏硬度计、液压式万能试验机、金相显微镜、标准测力仪、钢铁化学成份分析仪等。

In our company there are over 100 employees who are engaged in technical, procedure,
testing, researching and developing of production As a professional manufacturer,
with advanced technologies, production process and perfect testing equipments,
our company can produce many types of special bolts, studs, nuts and washers
for steel structure, including high strength large hexagon type, twist-off type,
Dacromet type, as well as studs, pins and welding anchors.
Upon strong technical support from Shanghai Fasteners Institute, our products
are awarded the honors of “Trustworthy Products” by the Government of Zhejiang
Province, as well as “Recommended Products” by Shanghai Fasteners & Welding
Materials Institute. In 2001, the company passed ISO9002 Quality System Certificate
Accreditation. Also, we got ISO9001 & 2000 international Quality System certificate
of Conformity issued by China Quality Certification Center in 2003.

Our company possesses all necessary advanced equipments and
workmanship. The bolts are made of alloy steel 20MnTiB, 35VB of superior quality.
The nuts and washers are made of qualified #45 carbon structure steel and the
studs are made of ML15AL. The workmanship for bolts include hot upsetting and
cold upsetting. The workmanship for round-nail studs is cold upsetting. We
also have reliable testing measures, for example, non-destructive hardness testing
measure is applied in selecting defective products for every processing.
